Terms & Conditions — xabj Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the xabj website accessible at https://xabj.io, including all services, games, betting markets, and features made available through it.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit, as specified per promotion) must be staked before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account on xabj, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment you complete the Account registration process and continue in full force for as long as your Account remains open.

2.3 xabj reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If you do not agree to any revision of these Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform immediately. Instructions on how to close your Account are available through the xabj customer support team.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. xabj strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Verification. xabj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on xabj. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.4 Prohibited Territories. Players who reside in or access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use xabj. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

3.5 Employees. Employees, directors, agents, consultants, and immediate family members of xabj and its affiliated companies are not permitted to register Player Accounts or participate in games and betting markets on the Platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of services available on xabj, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested in the registration form.

4.2 You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. xabj will not be responsible for losses or other consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

4.4 You must notify xabj immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team. xabj will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access that arises due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.5 xabj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where it reasonably suspects that the Account has been registered using false information, is being operated by multiple persons, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

xabj currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in BDT:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (UCB Bank mobile banking)
• Bank Transfer (direct bank account transfer)
• Visa (debit and credit card)
• Mastercard (debit and credit card)

xabj reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method options at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on xabj is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by xabj; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or as promptly as the relevant payment provider's processing allows. xabj does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the Player must have completed the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. xabj reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on xabj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xabj does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5.5 Verification of Funds

xabj reserves the right to verify the source of funds in a Player's Account at any time. Players may be requested to provide documentation confirming the origin of deposited funds as part of anti-money-laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restriction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 xabj may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion on the Platform.

6.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any winnings generated from those funds may be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. xabj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a Player who is found to be abusing promotional terms.

6.4 xabj reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion, bonus offer, or promotional programme at any time with or without notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already claimed the associated Bonus, xabj will honour the Bonus in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

6.5 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds in compliance with the applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal, subject to these Terms.

6.6 In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, the decision of xabj management is final.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets and game rounds placed on xabj are final once confirmed. xabj will not reverse any bet or game round that has been completed, except where a technical error on the part of the Platform is demonstrably responsible for an incorrect outcome.

7.2 xabj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical or human error, or where the outcome of the event has been determined to be affected by irregular activity.

7.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on xabj. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. xabj reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7.4 In the event of a system or network disconnection during an active game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's server-side recorded state at the time of disconnection. xabj will not be liable for losses arising from such disconnections.

7.5 In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed on the Player's device and those recorded on xabj's servers, the server-side records shall be conclusive and binding.

7.6 Cricket betting markets on xabj — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific rules governing each market type. In-play betting markets are settled on the basis of official match results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or applicable national board).

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xabj and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or other financial crime
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, arbitrage betting across multiple Accounts, or coordinating with other Players to systematically extract bonus value
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or play games
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security systems, technical infrastructure, or anti-fraud measures
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions

8.2 xabj employs anti-fraud systems and reserves the right to investigate any Account that exhibits patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. During any investigation, xabj may place a temporary hold on withdrawals from the affected Account.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the xabj Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, marketing materials, written content, and the Platform's overall design and architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of xabj or its licensed content providers.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of any xabj content without the express prior written consent of xabj.

9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 xabj collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalised promotional content.

10.3 xabj implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect Player personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xabj makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game or service offered through it.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xabj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, system downtime, network interruptions, or third-party payment provider errors.

11.3 xabj's total liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit xabj's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 xabj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revision will be clearly indicated at the top of the document.

12.2 Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, deposit and withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — xabj will notify registered Players by email and/or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

12.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xabj's operating jurisdiction. Players access the Platform on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws in their own jurisdiction.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to xabj's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact the xabj support team to initiate a formal dispute.

13.3 xabj will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached within that period, the matter will be referred to an independent dispute resolution process.
